Change Ethernet Port Default Name

 

Connect Routerboard MikroTik RB750G to the PC/Laptop with LAN Cable then Use the "winbox" tool, which can be download here, to maintain procedure for changing the default ethernet port name on MikroTik RB750G that we have.

After you download the winbox, double click on it and activate, and click on 3 (tree) dot button, and select the active MAC Address. The default login username is Admin without password, and you will get the screen like on the top of this post.

After the screen of your router has been displayed, click on the "Interface" menu, left top on the screen, and double click on the ethernet, and change the setting like top picture on this post, one by one, until the last Ether5 (ethernet port). and Dont forget the Ethernet Name in the IP Address rule before this post that we planned.
